Correctie van een verkeerd geplaatste wijzerset na eerdere service<\/b><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf8 Over het horloge<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Een exclusieve DeLaCour Fusion Full Calendar GMT Limited Edition, voorzien van een ETA 2892-A2 als basisuurwerk met een complete kalender- en GMT-module.
\nEen bijzonder horloge met dag-, datum-, maand-, 24-uursweergave en GMT-functie, waarbij de afstelling van de wijzers uiterst nauwkeurig moet gebeuren.<\/p>\n

De verschillende aanduidingen delen \u00e9\u00e9n wijzerplaat, maar volgen niet allemaal dezelfde beweging. Daardoor moet bij montage niet alleen iedere wijzer afzonderlijk goed staan; hun onderlinge referentie moet ook kloppen. Een kleine plaatsingsfout kan de informatie op de wijzerplaat tegenstrijdig maken terwijl het uurwerk zelf gewoon blijft lopen.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Probleemstelling<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

De eigenaar merkte op dat de 24-uurswijzer en de gewone urenwijzer niet meer synchroon liepen.
\nBij inspectie bleek dat:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Het uurwerk technisch correct functioneerde.
\n\u2013 De kalenderfuncties werkten normaal.
\n\u2013 De 24-uursindicatie was niet meer gekoppeld aan de positie van de urenwijzer.<\/p>\n

De oorzaak bleek geen defect onderdeel, maar een fout tijdens een eerdere service: de wijzers waren niet in de juiste onderlinge positie gemonteerd.<\/p>\n

Dat onderscheid was belangrijk. De kalender- en GMT-module hoefde niet direct als defect te worden beschouwd, omdat de afzonderlijke functies correct reageerden. Door eerst de relatie tussen de aanwijzingen te controleren, kon de diagnose worden beperkt tot de montagepositie van de wijzers.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Tijdens de eindcontrole is niet alleen gekeken naar \u00e9\u00e9n momentopname. De verschillende aanwijzingen moesten logisch op elkaar blijven aansluiten wanneer de tijd- en kalenderfuncties werden bediend. Zo werd gecontroleerd dat de correctie van de wijzerpositie geen nieuw verschil tussen de indicaties veroorzaakte.<\/p>\n

\u2699\ufe0f Technische afweging<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Bij complicatie-uurwerken draait alles om de juiste onderlinge timing van de verschillende indicaties.
\nWanneer wijzers slechts \u00e9\u00e9n tand verkeerd worden geplaatst, kunnen functies afzonderlijk nog prima werken, terwijl de weergegeven informatie niet meer klopt. Een zorgvuldige diagnose voorkomt in zo\u2019n geval een onnodige revisie.<\/p>\n

Een volledige demontage van de module zou hier meer risico en werk hebben toegevoegd zonder de vastgestelde oorzaak op te lossen. De juiste technische keuze was daarom gericht corrigeren: eerst referentie en synchronisatie herstellen en daarna alle betrokken functies in samenhang controleren.<\/p>\n

\u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Na het opnieuw synchroniseren lopen de urenwijzer en de 24-uursindicatie weer volledig gelijk.
\nAlle kalenderfuncties schakelen correct en het horloge functioneert weer zoals DeLaCour het heeft ontworpen.<\/p>\n

De informatie op de wijzerplaat is daardoor weer eenduidig: lokale tijd, 24-uursindicatie en kalender spreken elkaar niet langer tegen. Het resultaat is zowel functioneel als visueel merkbaar, zonder dat onderdelen vervangen hoefden te worden.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd0d Observatie<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Complexe horloges vragen niet alleen om technische kennis van het uurwerk, maar ook om inzicht in de interactie tussen alle complicaties. Juist bij full calendar- en GMT-modellen kan een kleine afwijking bij het plaatsen van de wijzers leiden tot een ogenschijnlijk ingewikkeld probleem, terwijl de oplossing relatief eenvoudig is wanneer de juiste diagnose wordt gesteld.<\/p>\n

Dit project onderstreept ook het belang van een controle na eerdere service. Een horloge kan technisch lopen en toch onjuiste informatie tonen. Bij meerdere indicaties hoort daarom altijd een functiecontrole waarbij hun onderlinge samenhang wordt meegenomen.<\/p>\n
