Prisma Vintage \u2013 AS 1803<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Een klassiek dagelijks horloge weer klaar voor de volgende generatie<\/b><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf8 Over het horloge<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Een stijlvolle vintage Prisma, uitgerust met een betrouwbaar A. Schild (AS) 1803 automatisch uurwerk.
\nDit horloge maakt deel uit van de groeiende vintage collectie van een vaste klant. Hoewel het geen exclusief topsegment horloge is, vertegenwoordigt het precies waar vintage horloges om draaien: degelijk vakmanschap, tijdloos ontwerp en jarenlang draagplezier.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Probleemstelling<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Bij binnenkomst liep het horloge niet meer.
\nNa demontage bleek de oorzaak snel gevonden:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Gebroken opwindveer
\n\u2013 Volledige revisie noodzakelijk
\n\u2013 Kast was extern opnieuw verguld om het horloge zijn oorspronkelijke uitstraling terug te geven<\/p>\n

Een gebroken opwindveer betekent dat het uurwerk geen energie meer kan opslaan en volledig stilvalt. Een veelvoorkomend probleem bij vintage horloges die tientallen jaren oud zijn.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

\u2013 Volledige demontage van het uurwerk
\n\u2013 Reinigen van alle onderdelen
\n\u2013 Vervangen van de gebroken opwindveer
\n\u2013 Inspectie op slijtage
\n\u2013 Smeren volgens de fabrieksspecificaties
\n\u2013 Afregelen in meerdere posities
\n\u2013 Eindcontrole op gang en betrouwbaarheid<\/p>\n

Na de revisie kon het opnieuw vergulde kastwerk weer worden gecombineerd met een technisch gezond uurwerk.<\/p>\n

\u2699\ufe0f Technische afweging<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

De A. Schild 1803 staat bekend als een degelijk en goed onderhoudbaar automatisch uurwerk.
\nJuist doordat onderdelen nog goed verkrijgbaar zijn en de constructie robuust is, zijn deze horloges uitstekend geschikt om jarenlang in gebruik te blijven. Met een tijdige revisie kunnen ze vaak nog vele decennia mee.<\/p>\n

\u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Het horloge loopt weer zoals het bedoeld is. Dankzij de nieuwe opwindveer en volledige revisie beschikt het weer over een gezonde gangreserve en betrouwbare werking.
\nSamen met de opnieuw vergulde kast heeft dit vintage Prisma weer de uitstraling die het verdient en vormt het een prachtige aanvulling op de collectie van de eigenaar.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd0d Observatie<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Niet ieder bijzonder horloge hoeft een prestigieus merk te dragen. Goed ontworpen uurwerken zoals de AS 1803 laten zien dat ook betaalbare vintage horloges, mits goed onderhouden, generaties lang mee kunnen gaan.<\/p>\n
