Hamilton Intra-Matic \u2013 ETA 2892-2<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Volledige revisie na sterk verminderde gangreserve<\/b><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf8 Over het horloge<\/b><\/span>
\nEen Hamilton Intra-Matic, uitgerust met het hoogwaardige ETA 2892-2 automatische uurwerk. Een elegant en dun uurwerk dat bekendstaat om zijn nauwkeurigheid en verfijnde constructie. Prachtige wijzerplaat met sunburst motief.
\nDe eigenaar merkte dat het horloge na volledig opwinden nog slechts enkele uren bleef lopen.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Probleemstelling<\/b><\/span>
\nBij inspectie bleek de gangreserve sterk teruggelopen:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Gangreserve gereduceerd tot slechts enkele uren
\n\u2013 Verouderde en vervuilde smeermiddelen
\n\u2013 Toegenomen wrijving in het uurwerk
\n\u2013 Uurwerk functioneerde nog, maar leverde niet langer de prestaties die van een ETA 2892-2 verwacht mogen worden<\/p>\n

Een mechanisch horloge dat zijn gangreserve grotendeels verliest, is vrijwel altijd toe aan een volledige revisie.<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Volledige demontage van het uurwerk
\n\u2013 Reinigen van alle onderdelen
\n\u2013 Inspectie op slijtage en beschadigingen
\n\u2013 Correct smeren volgens fabrieksspecificaties
\n\u2013 Afregeling in meerdere posities
\n\u2013 Uitgebreide controle van gangreserve en nauwkeurigheid
\n\u2013 Eindcontrole van alle functies<\/p>\n

\u2699\ufe0f Technische afweging<\/b><\/span>
\nHet ETA 2892-2 behoort tot de betere automatische uurwerken uit de ETA-familie. Dankzij de slanke constructie en hoge afwerkingskwaliteit wordt het door veel luxe horlogemerken toegepast.
\nNa jarenlang gebruik verliezen de oli\u00ebn echter hun smerende eigenschappen. Hierdoor neemt de wrijving toe en daalt de effici\u00ebntie van het complete aandrijfsysteem, waardoor de gangreserve steeds verder terugloopt.
\nEen tijdige revisie voorkomt onnodige slijtage en herstelt het uurwerk weer naar zijn oorspronkelijke prestaties.<\/p>\n

\u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/b><\/span>
\nNa de revisie beschikt het horloge weer over een normale gangreserve en loopt het opnieuw stabiel en betrouwbaar.
\nEen mooi voorbeeld dat een volledig onderhoud vaak voldoende is om een kwalitatief hoogwaardig uurwerk weer jarenlang probleemloos te laten functioneren.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd0d Observatie<\/b><\/span>
\nEen verminderde gangreserve ontstaat meestal geleidelijk. Omdat het horloge vaak nog gewoon blijft lopen, wordt het probleem regelmatig pas opgemerkt wanneer de reserve nog maar enkele uren bedraagt. Regelmatig onderhoud voorkomt dat kleine problemen uitgroeien tot kostbare reparaties.<\/p>\n
