{"id":823,"date":"2026-05-05T21:10:35","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T19:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.othryswatches.nl\/?post_type=project&#038;p=823"},"modified":"2026-05-05T21:10:35","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T19:10:35","slug":"vintage-sandoz-fhf-908","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.othryswatches.nl\/en\/project\/vintage-sandoz-fhf-908\/","title":{"rendered":"Vintage Sandoz \u2013 FHF 908"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><b>Vintage Sandoz \u2013 FHF 908<\/b><br \/>\nRestauratie met complexe onderdelen-sourcing<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\ud83d\udcf8 Over het horloge<\/b><br \/>\nEen vintage van <span class=\"s2\">Sandoz<\/span>, uitgerust met een <span class=\"s1\"><b>FHF 908<\/b><\/span> automaat uurwerk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\ud83d\udd27 Probleemstelling<\/b><br \/>\nBij binnenkomst was sprake van verregaande slijtage:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2013 Meerdere versleten en beschadigde onderdelen in de aandrijflijn<br \/>\n\u2013 Onbetrouwbare werking van het uurwerk<br \/>\n\u2013 Slechte staat van het glas (afwijkende vorm, niet standaard verkrijgbaar)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Belangrijk: bij dit soort vintage uurwerken is slijtage vaak cumulatief \u2014 vervangen van \u00e9\u00e9n onderdeel lost het probleem zelden volledig op.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\ud83e\udded Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden<\/b><br \/>\n\u2013 Volledige demontage en technische inspectie<br \/>\n\u2013 Selectieve vervanging van meerdere versleten onderdelen<br \/>\n\u2013 Herstel en optimalisatie van de aandrijflijn<br \/>\n\u2013 Zoeken en sourcen van originele\/vervangende onderdelen via gespecialiseerde leveranciers en internationale platforms<br \/>\n\u2013 Vervangen van het glas (maatwerkoplossing)<br \/>\n\u2013 Herassemblage, smering en afregeling<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\ud83d\udd0d Onderdelen-sourcing (kritisch onderdeel van dit project)<\/b><br \/>\nVoor dit kaliber zijn onderdelen niet centraal verkrijgbaar. Dit betekent:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2013 Geen directe leveranciers<br \/>\n\u2013 Verschillende toleranties tussen onderdelen uit diverse bronnen<br \/>\n\u2013 Tijdsinvestering in zoeken, vergelijken en testen<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Onderdelen zijn verzameld via meerdere kanalen, waaronder gespecialiseerde websites en eBay.<br \/>\nVoor het glas is uiteindelijk een passende oplossing gevonden via Alma \u2014 met een exacte passing ondanks de afwijkende vorm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>\u2699\ufe0f Technische afweging<\/b><br \/>\nBij dit type restauratie is de uitdaging niet alleen technisch, maar ook logistiek:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2013 Wanneer vervang je vs. behoud je originele onderdelen?<br \/>\n\u2013 Hoe waarborg je passing en duurzaamheid bij gemixte sourcing?<br \/>\n\u2013 Hoe ver ga je in herstel vs. economische realiteit?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dit vraagt om ervaring en terughoudendheid \u2014 niet alles wat mogelijk is, is zinvol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>\u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/b><br \/>\nEen mechanisch gezond uurwerk met stabiele werking en een visueel passend herstel.<br \/>\nHet horloge is weer draagbaar, met behoud van zijn vintage karakter.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-821\" src=\"https:\/\/www.othryswatches.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_9635-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"Sandoz -
