Breitling \u2013 caliber ETA 956.612<\/strong><\/h1>\n

van batterijvervanging tot vervanging van het complete binnenwerk<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf8 Over het horloge<\/h3>\n

Deze Breitling uit de Wings-lijn<\/strong> kwam binnen met een losse secondewijzer en zichtbare gebruikssporen.
De kast had wat krassen. Toch bleef er onder alles een mooi ontwerp zichtbaar: een mooie blauwe wijzerplaat, goudkleurige indexen en de kenmerkende Breitling-esthetiek.
\nAanvankelijk leek er niks aan de hand, seconde wijzer weer vast zetten, batterij vervangen en licht polijsten.
\nNa het goed zetten van de tijd brak de tirette (onderdeel dat de wijzerverzet as op de plaats houdt. Het uurwerk leek sterk vervuilt en geroest, na overleg met de klant is besloten het uurwerk te vervangen.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Diagnose<\/h3>\n

Het uurwerk (ETA 956.612) bleek nog nooit eerder geserviced<\/strong> en verkeerde in een duidelijk vervuilde toestand.
Bij het testen van het wijzerverzet mechanisme brak de tirette.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oorzaken:<\/p>\n

    Vuil en opgedroogde oli\u00ebn in het wijzerverzetmechanisme<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Begin van roest op kritieke onderdelen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Verzwakte tirette door jarenlange slijtage zonder onderhoud<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Een standaardreparatie was hierdoor niet verstandig meer; meerdere onderdelen zouden vroeg of laat opnieuw problemen geven.<\/p>\n

      Inspectie van het volledige uurwerk en diagnose van schade<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Verwijderen van het oude, vervuilde binnenwerk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Montage van een volledig nieuw ETA 956.612 quartz-uurwerk<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Batterij vervangen (Swiss Renata)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Polijsten van de kast\u2013 grote verbetering in helderheid en uitstraling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/h3>\n

      Het horloge werkt nu weer als nieuw:<\/p>\n

        De secondewijzer loopt strak en gelijkmatig<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Het wijzerverzetmechanisme schakelt soepel zonder spanning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        De kast en het glas hebben opnieuw een frisse glans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Voor een horloge dat mechanisch in zo\u2019n slechte staat verkeerde, heeft de vervanging van het volledige binnenwerk een tweede leven<\/strong> gegeven. De eigenaar kan weer jaren vooruit.<\/p>\n
