Volledige service van een vervuild mechanisch horloge<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf8 Over het horloge<\/h3>\n

Dit elegante Emile Pequignet<\/strong> horloge is uitgerust met het compacte ETA 2512-kaliber<\/strong>. Het is een verfijnd uurwerk dat vaak wordt gebruikt in slanke, klassieke horloges. De combinatie van een rechthoekige kast, minimalistisch design en een bijpassende gesp maakt dit model bijzonder stijlvol.<\/p>\n

Toen het horloge binnenkwam was meteen duidelijk dat het intensief gedragen was: het glas was bekrast, de kast vervuild en het uurwerk liep met een lage amplitude<\/strong> door zware frictie.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Diagnose<\/h3>\n

Al voor de demontage bleek dat het uurwerk zeer vies<\/strong> was, er was een lage amplitude en dat kan duiden op veel frictie. Oude olie, stof en vuil zorgden voor veel extra weerstand.
Verder was het horloge technisch compleet \u2014 er was geen schade aan onderdelen, alleen flinke vervuiling.<\/p>\n

    Grondige reiniging van alle onderdelen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Inspectie en lichte polijsting van tappen en tandwielen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Smering en montage volgens fabrieksspecificaties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Afregeling van het gangwerk.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Polijsten van het glas om krassen te verwijderen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Reiniging van de kast en band voor een frisse uitstraling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/h3>\n

    Na de service loopt het horloge weer mooi stabiel. De amplitude is hersteld, de frictie is weggewerkt en het uurwerk draait zoals het hoort.
    Het gepolijste glas<\/strong> geeft het horloge bovendien een veel frissere look \u2014 bijna alsof het net uit de winkel komt.<\/p>\n

    Een dankbaar project, waarin zorgvuldig onderhoud een zichtbaar en meetbaar verschil maakte.<\/p>\n
