Tusal – AS 1758 \/ 1759<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Volledig onderhoud van een mechanisch handopwindhorloge, met vervanging van de kroon, opwindstift en opwindveer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dit gouden Tusal herenhorloge heeft een mechanisch handopwinduurwerk, aangeduid als AS 1758 \/ 1759. Bij dit type uurwerk wordt de opwindveer met de kroon met de hand gespannen. Die veer levert de energie waarmee het uurwerk loopt.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Probleemstelling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Het horloge kwam binnen met de melding dat de opwindveer kapot was en er mogelijk slijtage aanwezig was. Bij inspectie bleek de veer echter niet gebroken, maar wel oud.<\/p>\n

Daarnaast waren er verschillende aandachtspunten rond de bediening en de wijzerplaat. De kroon was kapot en de opwindstift was gebroken. Deze stift vormt de verbinding tussen de kroon en het uurwerk. Ook werd vastgesteld dat de opwindstift tegen de kast klemde. De wijzerplaat zat los en de wijzers stonden erg dicht op elkaar.<\/p>\n

Het uurwerk heeft volledig onderhoud gekregen. Daarbij zijn de kroon, de opwindstift en de opwindveer vervangen. De werkzaamheden omvatten daarmee zowel het onderhoud van het mechanische uurwerk als de vervanging van onderdelen voor het opwinden.<\/p>\n

De gemelde veerbreuk werd bij inspectie niet bevestigd. Het onderscheid tussen een gebroken en een oude opwindveer is hier relevant: hoewel de veer nog heel was, is deze tijdens het onderhoud wel vervangen. De vervanging betekent dus niet dat de aanvankelijk vermoede breuk daadwerkelijk aanwezig was.<\/p>\n
