Seiko Sportsmatic 7625-8230: onderhoud en herstel van de wijzeraandrijving<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Bij deze automatische Seiko uit eind jaren zestig waren het uurrad en de minuutpijp aan elkaar vastgeroest. Het uurwerk kreeg volledig onderhoud, met vervanging van het uurrad en herstel van de minuutpijp.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In het horloge zit het mechanische, automatische Seiko 7625-uurwerk.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd27 Probleemstelling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Deze Seiko Sportsmatic uit eind jaren zestig, met referentie 7625-8230, kwam binnen met een opvallende klacht: de secondewijzer liep nog, maar de andere wijzers bewogen niet meer. Ook werd gemeld dat er vocht in het horloge had gezeten. De wijzerplaat en wijzers vertoonden zichtbare aantasting.<\/p>\n

Bij de inspectie bleek dat het uurrad en de minuutpijp aan elkaar waren vastgeroest.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We hebben het volledige uurwerk een onderhoudsbeurt gegeven. Daarbij was er nadrukkelijk aandacht voor eventuele roest elders in het mechanisme. Het uurrad was niet meer te herstellen en is vervangen. De minuutpijp kon wel worden hersteld en bleef zo behouden in het uurwerk.<\/p>\n

\u2699\ufe0f Technische afweging<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Deze onderdelen maken deel uit van de wijzeraandrijving: de minuutpijp draagt de minuutwijzer en het uurrad drijft de uurwijzer aan. Dat onderscheid is hier relevant, omdat een bewegende secondewijzer op zichzelf niet betekent dat ook de uur- en minuutwijzer kunnen worden aangedreven.<\/p>\n

\u23f1\ufe0f Resultaat<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Na het onderhoud en het herstel van de wijzeraandrijving werkte het horloge weer naar behoren.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd0d Observatie<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bij deze Sportsmatic vroeg dus niet alleen het lopende uurwerk om aandacht, maar ook het mechanisme dat de beweging naar de uur- en minuutwijzer overbrengt.<\/p>\n
